Let's Fly a Kite

It was a windy day in UT and we had bought Max a kite.
So what better time to try it out.

Daddy crashed landed the kite on a dirt hill, our neighbors roof (that one took awhile to get back down)...
Lesson- Only fly kites in an open field or park and not in your back yard :)

It's been awhile

Sorry for not posting anything in 3 weeks. I have lost my camera cables...duh!
I think I have out smarted myself and placed them in my hospital go bag...will have to do a search and rescue mission tonight. I have tons of pictures to post.
Anyways...I have an official day for little Jack's (maybe Alex) birthday....next Thursday the 23rd.
I will be at Saint Marks in SLC. Very exciting knowing there is an end!!

Keep posted....I will send an update out over the next two days. If I make it to my due date and induction date I will be posting pictures of the Tulip Festival. I love that event!! I hope I can make it this year.

friends Birthday Party

Max went to his first friends birthday party.
For: Austin and Mia (two friends from school turning 3)
Even though this is a birthday party for his buddies I had to share pictures of Max :)


He had a blast!! the party took place at a local park.
the weather was nice...a bit windy but a great day for March.

Play Date

Saturday Max had a play date with Austin and Keira while mommy went to her baby shower.
The kids had a blast and wore daddy completely out!! LOL

Planetarium

We took Maximus on Saturday to the planetarium. I really wanted to see a movie there but all they really offer is 3D movies and I cant sit through those. My eyes do not focus on the images properly. They had some really good shows too :(

Max the Weather man...Come on Max, tell us when spring will come!!

After the weather forecast he decided to take a trip to Mars...at least its warmer there :)

Then it was off to the moon....

The museum is not very big so we were done quickly.

Afterwards we decided to go see a movie.

Coraline. Can I tell you Max loved it and was terrified at the same time. He was climbing on me and Jared but refused to leave....the best part was the little old ladies and their act. If you haven't seen it you have to go! It was hilarious and for those prudes out there....boobs are involved!!

My New Car- Dodge Caliber

YAY!! I got a new car. It was time. I loved my saturn and it was perfect for having no passengers in the back seats :) But as Max got bigger the more of a pain it was trying to get him in and out of a coupe not to mention a coming baby. So we went car shopping on Saturday and spent 10 hours going from place to place. We finally found this one at 6pm. Its used..a 2008 with 11K miles. (saved us $10 K) We got a great deal on it and used my car (that was paid for) as a down.

I have payments again...:( but not for long..I hate owing money and am already working on getting this paid off in the next 12 months.
