Let's Go Sledding!

A couple of weeks ago we took Max's sled out for the first time. Believe it or not we haven't had much snow.

Max was fearless and we had such a wonderful time. I actually didn't mind freezing.

We laughed off the crashes and tried tried again....

Victory! A great afternoon!

I'm a Big Boy Now 9 Months

Now that Jack is 9 months old he loves to sit in a proper highchair in resturants, eats all kinds of snacks and has grown to be a 19.5 pound baby.

Oh Well Maybe Next Time

Quick House update: We had 2 offers on the house and both backed out after our counter offer. Now let me tell you this is so frustrating. I understand this is a buyers market but JC this isn't offer what you want even if its absurd and expect to get it. What are people thinking. We are already underwater in our house so they are getting a screaming deal. We have only asked they pay closing costs.
Better Luck next time....its not going to stop us from moving but it would be nice to get this monkey off our backs.
BTW: The plan is to move no later than August. We want to get Max into a proper pre-school before the semester starts. Gotta get him ready for Kindergarten even though looking through their criteria Max has master all of it except for the age requirement.
Maybe private school :)
