Brothers!

I am so very lucky to have two wonderful boys who love and adore each other.
Max is the greatest big brother...always looking out for Jack and wanting to help. He has never gotten angry at him.
Jack watches Max's every move and laughs when Max plays with him.
I hope they stay this close forever!

Jack is 5 months old!!

What a big boy!!
Weight about 16 pounds
Wears 6-9 month clothes.
But isnt he cute? :)

He can now role over, plays with his feet and loves apple sauce.
He talks up a storm and has to be held at all times. If you put him down he will yell at you until you pick him up again.

I am now a 30 Year Old Cougar!

Wow! I made it to the BIG 30.... Not sure how I feel about but there is not a whole lot I can do about it either. LOL!
But celebrating with friends made the process an easy transition.

Now that I am 30...Do I still get to be young hot stuff???

Get a room you two!! Your next Patrick.

Push Ups

And 1 and 2 and 1 and 2...Jack is pushing up and ready to play!!

Oh...For the love of summer!!

I have to say that I do like it here in UT during the summer months. The weather is nice, especially in the mountains.
Our friends (Aaron and Sarah) invited us up to their family cabin in the mountains for Labor Day weekend.
It was beautiful! More like a lodge than a cabin.

Views from their porch...

We had such a nice time hanging out with friends. Max had the most fun and thought he died and went to heaven. Our friends sister also came with her 5 boys (ages 12-3). I have never seen Max play so hard and for so long.

They also had a very friendly dog.

We got the opportunity to play on some 4-wheelers. Of course Max thought it was the greatest thing ever!!

Jack wasn't sure what to make of it all. He knew he wasn't at home.

Max with his little buddy Rowan

We went out one afternoon to the lake and canoed.
Max quoted" I have never been on this kind of boat"

When we asked him how he liked it he said something along the lines of.."it was ok...we didn't go to the other side".
This is Aaron!!

The water was a little choppy so we weren't not sure how far they would really make it.

Max with his NEW best buddies!

They hada ping pong table in the basement. Max learned a new "sport"

Thanks guys for letting us come up with you. We had a great time and cant wait to do it again!
